From a family's booking to the front desk, in one system
Context
Zim y Zum is a play café for families in Lima, with free play, workshops, birthdays and memberships. Each service is booked differently, and behind them is a team that has to keep bookings, events and payments in order every day. Families needed to understand the offer and book without hassle, and the team needed one place to run the business.
Interwwweb Role
Interwwweb defined the product, designed the interface and built all of it, from the public site to the back office. Families put together a free-play booking or a birthday package step by step, in Spanish or English, and have their own account for memberships and visit packages. But the piece that matters most day to day sits behind the scenes, in a back office that brings bookings, events, memberships, coupons and payments together with its own point of sale, so the team runs the schedule and the front desk from one place. Since launch, Interwwweb has supported the platform and keeps adding improvements.
