Terms and Conditions
Updated: April 3, 2026
1. Service Scope
Interwwweb is a Web Design Studio focused on landing pages, UI refactors, and lightweight tools delivered in sprint format, with concrete deliverables and asynchronous communication.
Each project runs according to the scope, timeline, and price defined before kickoff. Published ranges on the site are commercial references; final scope is set by the approved brief and payment confirmation.
2. Project Start
A project is considered started when both conditions occur:
- the client completes the brief requested by Interwwweb
- the client makes the corresponding initial payment
Without a complete brief and confirmed upfront payment, there is no obligation to reserve sprint capacity, start design, write code, or deliver materials.
3. Working Model
Interwwweb operates primarily asynchronously. This means review, feedback, and project coordination are handled in writing through agreed channels. Discovery meetings and recurring calls are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.
The client accepts this model as a core part of the service.
4. Deliverables and Timelines
Timelines published on the site are execution targets for cases that fit the studio format. The timeline starts when the brief is complete, the upfront payment is confirmed, and the client has provided all required access or materials.
If access, approvals, or external dependencies are missing, the schedule may move in proportion to the blockage.
5. Feedback and Revisions
Each project includes one feedback round within the approved scope. This limit protects execution speed and avoids open-ended cycles.
Additional changes, new screens, new integrations, or rewrites outside the original scope may be quoted as an extension or as a separate sprint.
6. Payments
The base commercial structure at Interwwweb is:
- 50% to confirm the project
- 50% before deploy or final delivery
- invoicing in USD
- collection via Stripe or the payment method indicated at the time of operation
Production slots are not reserved without initial payment. Final deliverables are not fully transferred while any outstanding balance remains.
7. Scope Changes
If a new need appears during the project and it was not included in the original brief, Interwwweb may:
- decline the change to protect the active sprint
- propose a scope adjustment
- propose a new quote and a new date
Continuity of the current sprint covers only what was already agreed.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, once total payment is confirmed, the client receives final deliverables produced specifically for their project.
Internal tools, reusable internal prompts, operating methods, studio templates, and third-party components subject to their own licenses are not transferred.
9. Third-Party Dependencies
The client is responsible for keeping their accounts active in external services such as hosting, domains, payment gateways, CRM, email tools, analytics, or third-party APIs.
Interwwweb is not responsible for interruptions, price changes, usage limits, or outages in external services.
10. Reasonable Operational Warranty
If, within 7 calendar days after final delivery, an error appears that is directly attributable to implementation performed by Interwwweb and that error is within approved scope, it will be corrected at no additional cost.
This warranty does not cover:
- later scope changes
- edits made by third parties
- failures in external services
- new compatibility requirements not originally contemplated
11. Limitation of Liability
Interwwweb does not guarantee specific commercial results, exact conversion levels, or future business metrics. The studio provides design, system, and implementation; final performance also depends on market, traffic, offer, and client operations.
In all cases, Interwwweb’s total liability is limited to the amount effectively paid by the client for the corresponding project.
12. Acceptance
Use of the site and confirmation of a project imply acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If you need an additional contractual version for a specific project, it must be requested before sprint start.
