- It is not a service contract. Projects are governed by the written proposal we agree with each client.
- We collect the details you send through our forms and, only if you accept cookies, anonymous measurement data through Google Analytics.

1. Who we are
This website, interwwweb.com, is operated by Circular Group LLC, a company based in Newark, DE 19713, United States, which provides web and digital systems services under the name Interwwweb (“Interwwweb”, “we”, “us”). Contact: hello@interwwweb.com.
2. Using this website
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
- You may browse the site and use our forms for lawful purposes and in good faith.
- You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, send malicious code, scrape it at scale, or submit information that is false, unlawful, or belongs to someone else without permission.
- Please do not send through the public forms passwords, access keys, medical records, financial account data, or other sensitive information.
3. Information on this site
The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice. Prices and timelines shown are references; a project is defined only by the written proposal we agree with you. Sending a form does not create a contract, a quote, or an obligation for either party.
Prices on the site are shown in US dollars (USD) by default. Visitors from Spain and the rest of Europe (EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the UK) may see the starting prices of our main services in euros (EUR). Those services have a fixed amount in each currency, not a live conversion. All amounts are shown before taxes. The amount and currency we invoice are the ones in the written proposal.
We do not guarantee specific commercial results, conversion levels, rankings, or business metrics. Results depend on factors outside our control, such as market, traffic, offer, and your operations.
4. Intellectual property
The design, text, code, images, and brand elements of this site belong to Interwwweb or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution. Any other use requires our written permission. Case studies and client names appear with the clients’ permission.
5. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or load content from third parties (for example Google). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
6. Availability and disclaimer
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or remove content at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Interwwweb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from the use of or inability to use this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Personal data we collect
Forms. When you submit a brief or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email, company or project name, selected service, budget range, target month, project description, the page you came from, and technical records of the submission (such as date, an idempotency key, and the version of this notice shown).
Emails and messages. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence.
Browsing data (only if you accept cookies). Google Analytics 4 may collect pages viewed, events, device and browser information, and approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not store your full IP address.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider may process technical data (such as IP address and request details) to deliver and secure the site.
Professional contact details from public sources. If your business appears to be a fit for our services, we may use professional contact details you have made public (for example on your website or LinkedIn) to contact you individually. We use them only for that contact and delete them if you ask.
We do not knowingly collect special-category or sensitive data.

We do not use personal data for automated decisions with legal effects, and we do not sell it. We may use AI tools to help draft replies and organize inquiries; a person reviews what we send.
10. Who receives your data
We share data only with providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Vercel: hosting and processing of the forms.
- Google (Workspace, Google Apps Script, Google Analytics): restricted sheet and email where inquiries are managed; analytics only with your consent.
- Brevo: sends us an internal email notice for each new inquiry.
- Notion and Linear: internal tools where we organize inquiries and projects.
- Stripe or the payment method agreed in a proposal: only when you contract a project.
- Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
11. International transfers
We operate from the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for providers certified under it.
12. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not become a project: up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Projects and invoices: as long as tax and legal obligations require (normally up to 7 years).
- Cookie preference: up to 12 months. Analytics data: 14 months.
13. Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 only if you click Accept. If you reject, or have not chosen, nothing from Google Analytics is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

A local preference stores only your choice. You can change it at any time with Cookie preferences in the footer; withdrawing stops Google Analytics on later visits and clears the analytics cookies this site can remove. We also respect browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where technically possible.
14. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your data, to receive a copy in a portable format, to withdraw consent at any time, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Write to hello@interwwweb.com; we reply within one month. We may need to verify your identity and keep limited records when contract, security, tax, or legal reasons require it.
If you live in the European Economic Area, the UK, Latin America (for example Peru, under Law 29733), or a US state with its own privacy law, you can also exercise the rights your local law gives you in the same way. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
15. Children
This site is for businesses and professionals and is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a minor has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
16. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encrypted connections, restricted access to the intake sheet and internal tools). No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
17. Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
18. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought before the courts of Delaware, without affecting any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have where you live. This page is published in English and Spanish; if they differ, the English version prevails.
