Design is defined by the agreed phase: Directed or Signature.

Directed Design

Clear, coherent visual direction based on your existing brand (colors, typefaces and references you already have). One defined visual line, without open-ended identity exploration.

Not included

Logo creation, full brand identity, a design system from scratch or unlimited rounds of aesthetic exploration.

Signature Design (when agreed)

More visual detail, when the project calls for it and we agree on it in the proposal.

How it's priced

Each phase has its own delivery, price and sign-off. If there are too many unknowns to give you a reliable price, we first propose a short definition phase, with no obligation to build.

We check everything against what we agreed, fix what fails and hand it over for your approval.

Why in phases?

With several processes, users and tools, one thing depends on another. In phases, each part has its own delivery, price and sign-off.

Is this an open-ended roadmap?

No. Each phase ends when you sign off on the delivery. Anything new goes into another phase, replaces something in this one or gets its own price.

Is web design included?

Yes. Design is defined by the agreed phase: Directed or Signature.

Does this include branding?

No. Logo creation, full brand identity, a design system from scratch and unlimited visual exploration are extra. If you need them, we agree on them in the proposal.

Can I request a more distinctive visual direction?

Yes. Signature Design can be included when the project requires it and it is agreed as part of the phase proposal.

How is it paid?

50% upfront to confirm the project and 50% before launch or final delivery, as set in the written proposal.
